Nicole Davi
Director of Research and Education
Nicole Davi serves as the Director of Research and Education for the National Council For Adoption. In this role, Nicole manages ongoing research projects and reports to inform legislative advocacy, empower professionals and policymakers, and shed light on important adoption issues. She also supervises NCFA’s education team, overseeing the development and expansion of a variety of educational offerings for the adoption community. She has previous experience in foster care case management, research, and as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem. Nicole has a passion for strengthening families and advocating for permanency for youth in foster care. Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences, with a minor in Nonprofit Management and a concentration in Family Policy and Law from the University of Florida.
