Anna Koehle, EdD, HS-BCP (she/her), is a Government Solutions Manager at Binti. Honored as a distinguished Black child welfare leader by the National Adoption Association’s Ujima Think Tank for Black Family Connection, Dr. Koehle brings over 20 years of experience focused on supporting marginalized children and families involved in the child welfare system. Dr. Koehle’s evidence-to-practice approach to implementation science and innovation, combined with her early experience in direct child welfare practice, has enabled her to contribute significantly to practice and systems improvement across the country. As a Human Services Board-Certified Practitioner and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Dr. Koehle is deeply committed to helping organizations support and cultivate the next generation of child welfare leaders. In addition to her role at Binti, Dr. Koehle serves as an Associate Professor of Social Justice at Southern New Hampshire University and is a board member for the Center for Adoption Support and Education. While Dr. Koehle is deeply committed to her work serving children and families, her most important roles are as a wife and mother.
