Licensed in Florida and Indiana, Nicole has more than 15 years of experience in family formation law and is recognized nationally as an expert in Hague compliance. She serves children and families in domestic adoption, intercountry adoption and assisted reproductive technology.
Before her role as a family formation attorney, she led an international adoption agency as its executive director. In this role, she traveled around the world, meeting children in need at various children’s homes and working with government officials to improve processes and practices. These travel experiences changed her life and led her to focus on the international aspects of family formation.
She has dedicated her professional life to advocacy in family formation, working on behalf of children, birth families, adoptive families and adoption agencies.
