Megan Ritter Judt
Assistant Director of Development
As assistant director of development, Megan Ritter Judt manages NFCA’s foundation and corporate grants, provides support to the president and Board of Directors, and collaborates on fundraising projects to ensure that NCFA has the resources it needs to fulfill its critical mission long into the future.
She previously served as vice president of communications at A.C. Fitzgerald & Associates, a national nonprofit consulting firm, where she provided tailored fundraising strategies and communications to support the firm’s clients in raising millions of dollars to fulfill their missions. Before that, she was grants manager and development writer for the Franklin Center for Government & Public Integrity, leading foundation strategy, donor communications, and planned giving. She began her career working on a series of local, state, and national political campaigns and think tanks.
Megan earned a bachelor’s degree in history and political science, with a concentration in Holocaust and genocide studies, from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. She makes her home in Alexandria, Virginia, where she is involved with the local historic preservation and museum community, a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and a parishioner at the Basilica of St. Mary.
