Jourdan Laws is the visionary Founder and CEO of Noire Adoption, a pioneering platform dedicated to empowering private adoptions within the Black community. With a deep commitment to family and community, Jourdan launched Noire Adoption to bridge the gap in adoption services and support for Black families, after spending years advocating for children to be placed in homes with similar ethnic and cultural backgrounds through adoption support groups online.

Jourdan has become a respected advocate for diversity and inclusion within the adoption community. Her leadership at Noire Adoption is driven by a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by Black and interracial families in the adoption process.

Under Jourdan’s guidance, Noire Adoption is not only focused on advocating for diversity to be prioritized in adoption but, education and consulting services to prospective adoptive parents. Her dedication to this mission has established Noire Adoption as a trusted and compassionate resource for families across the United States.
