Josh Kroll joined Families Rising (formerly known as the North American Council on Adoptable Children) in 1998 and has been working on adoption subsidies for over 25 years. He is a national expert on federal and state adoption subsidy and adoption tax credit issues. Josh trains families, advocates, and professionals on adoption assistance and the Federal Adoption Tax Credit.
