Jennifer Kelly lives in Harvest, Alabama and is the Program Director for the newly launched ACF Adoptions + program and Executive Director of Adopting Joy Consulting, both non-profit organizations focusing on medically complex adoptions. Jennifer has worked in medical fields most of her adult life and has vast practical and clinical knowledge. She also has a Master’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. However, her passion lies in serving the medically complex/special needs adoption community through advocacy, education, and support.
