Francine Apy is the founder of SoulFilling, LLC, a mindset-based platform fostering honest, resilient, and balanced adoption conversations. An adoptive mom, author, and former HR executive, she brings over 30 years of lived adoption experience and 25 years of leadership and coaching to her work.
Francine is currently pursuing a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (‘26), University of Pennsylvania, and hosts the Flourishing in Adoption & Beyond podcast.
