Elise Lowe, MSW

Elise Lowe is an adoption professional with a passion for working with children that enter their families through adoption, and their parents. As a former Adoption Education Manager, Elise coordinated and supported the development and production of NCFA’s educational offerings including training courses, webinars, publications, online content, and the National Adoption Conference. She joined NCFA with nearly a decade of experience in the field, previously holding various roles from directing international adoption programs to supporting families that have adopted through the foster care system. During her career, she has also traveled internationally, visiting orphanages in several countries. Elise has a passion for mobilizing families and their communities to compassionately and competently support individuals that have been adopted or await permanency.
