Dana Poynter has 15 years of experience in child welfare and adoption, and currently serves as the Executive Director of the Kentucky Office at Nightlight Christian Adoptions. Dana holds a Master’s of Science in Child and Family Studies, and served as the China Program Director for Nightlight for 13 years, the Nightlight Management team for 6 years, and as Executive Director for Nightlight Christian Adoptions’ Kentucky Office for the past 6 years.
