Cindy has worked in the field of adoption for over 20 years as a counselor and educator supporting families and youth. She is the Director of CCAI’s Texas Branch Office and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI practitioner) and previously participated in the NCFA Webinar Panel-Talking to those in the Adoption Community with Roots in Russia and Ukraine.
