Alicia Olsen, MSW, CSW
Vice President of Social Services, Nightlight Christian Adoptions
Alicia Olsen graduated from Sweet Briar College in 2002 with her bachelor’s in psychology and received her MSW from the University of Kentucky in 2005. After spending a few years providing clinical services for families and children, Alicia joined the Nightlight Christian Adoptions team in 2012. Alicia has experience as an Inquiry Specialist, Home Study Coordinator/Provider, Social Services Manager, and has been in her current position as the Vice President of Social Services since 2020. She lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with her husband and two dogs. In addition to being passionate about permanency for children, she is also a national board-certified health and wellness coach and an avid long-distance runner.
