Ali Miller Richards

Ali Miller Richards joined the NCFA team in 2023 and serves as the part-time office and programs assistant. She also serves as part-time financial administrator for her church, a role she has held since 2020. Her previous experience includes nearly 15 years with the International City/County Management Association working in various capacities including senior manager for membership recruitment and retention.

Ali earned her B.A. in Economics from Randolph College. She enjoys camping and hiking, traveling, and taking advantage of all the arts, culture, and history the greater D.C. area has to offer. She volunteers time with her favorite library, local Cub Scout pack and Scouts BSA troops, and homeowners’ association.
