Jane is the Manager of International Programs at Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children, where she guides prospective adoptive families – particularly those adopting through kinship and referral-based pathways – through every stage of the process, including home study, dossier preparation, immigration filings, and post-placement requirements. By working closely with in-country partners, relevant state, country, and governing authorities, she helps families navigate complex regulatory requirements to ensure the safety, well-being, and ethical permanency of children. Jane earned her B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Ursinus College, and her work is grounded with a deep commitment to elevating the voices and best interests of children and families worldwide.
