What is the Adoption Learning Hub?
The Adoption Learning Hub (ALH) is NCFA’s training platform. This includes our learning library of recorded courses for adoption professionals, prospective adoptive parents, and adoptive parents.
The ALH features both free courses and those that require payment.
Current and prospective adoptive parents earn attendance certificates upon completion of courses.
The ALH offers over 80 Social Work CEs for adoption professionals.
Adoption Learning Hub Subscriptions
An Adoption Learning Hub subscription allows an agency to pay a flat, annual fee based on their training needs in order to give their families and staff full access to NCFA’s library of on-demand webinars.
Intercountry Adoption Journey (IAJ) and Foreign Supervised Provider (FSP) trainings are available in an optional Intercountry Add-On Package.
How do the subscriptions work?
Your agency selects the subscription that best fits your training needs for staff and families.
Your agency pays an annual fee for the subscription.
NCFA provides Agency Codes and onboarding materials as well as virtual TA to your staff to help your agency get started.
Your agency’s staff and families create a free account in the ALH, select a course, and enter the Agency Code for immediate access!

Agencies who need access to IAJ and FSP can purchase the Intercountry
