Lauren has over 10 years working in intercountry adoption, overseeing program development, casework, and compliance. This has included pre-adoption training and assessment, post-adoption services, and crisis intervention. Lauren oversees the establishment and supervision of FSP relationships. Lauren also oversees Spence-Chapin’s global humanitarian aid programs, notably Spence-Chapin’s Granny Program.
