Stefani has decades of experience in the field of adoption, in both domestic and international adoption. Currently, Stefani provides clinical services pre- and post-adoption to families adopting internationally. She crafts and delivers child-specific and country-specific training for all kinship cases. Stefani holds regular oversight of the work of FSPs. Stefani has provided TBRI training to representatives from a Central Authority, FSPs, and childcare staff. As an adjunct instructor at Rutgers University, she has provided CEU trainings to hundreds of professionals on adoption themes.
