Debra L. Reid, LCSW, has over 30 years’ experience in child welfare and mental health and over 25 years’ experience in working specifically with all members of the adoption triad. Over her career she has held a variety of roles as an adoption professional, including adoption social worker, adoption supervisor and psychotherapist. Debra has an eclectic approach to therapy and believes in the importance of solution-based work with clients. In addition to her work with Catholic Charities Diocese of La Crosse, Debra continues to maintain a private practice, specializing in work with the adoption community.
