Adoption Training Courses

Created by birth parents and experienced professionals, Exploring Adoption is a FREE training course from NCFA that combines recent research, best practices, and personal stories to educate and equip those serving today’s expectant and birth parent population.

NCFA offers an online Hague-compliant training program called The Intercountry Adoption Journey (IAJ) for prospective adoptive parents, which adoption professionals also utilize for staff training purposes. 

NCFA's Foreign Supervised Provider Training is a 1.5 hour online course that educates and equips foreign supervised providers for best practices that adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

NCFA members receive a discount on both courses.
